Hardware Knowledge Center: How to select a variable speed drive bearing

1. Consider the shape and coupling dimensions of the variable speed drive bearing.

2. The variable speed drive bearing can be placed horizontally, vertically or inclined. It can be rotated positively or negatively. Input and output power can be positive and negative (i.e. deceleration or acceleration).

3. No matter what kind of mounting method is adopted, the variable speed drive bearing and its coupling parts have size matching requirements.

4, the axial positioning of the variable speed drive bearings: after any one of the three circles is axially positioned, the other two axes do not need to be axially positioned.

5, the direction of rotation positioning; outer ring and inner ring are flat key positioning. The middle ring is utilized for transmission positioning.

6, variable speed drive bearings in the radial direction can withstand smaller external forces, but should not be subjected to larger working loads.

7, the transmission ratio, are according to the first installation mode when the transmission ratio. If other installation methods, the transmission ratio should be calculated.

8, in the rated speed (1500rpm), according to the transmission ratio and the required power (Kw) selection of variable speed drive bearing type.

9、When the working torque as the basis, need to select the model accordingly.
